Jesus Loves Me Boy & Jesus Loves Me Girl (#D001 & #D002)

The Jesus Loves Me Boy & Girl are the first two vinyl dolls ever produced by Jonathon and David Company. This sweet little (14") doll has straight blond hair, brown or blue eyes, and wears white pajamas with a little pastel blue bow sewn on the front at the neckline. These dolls originally came with a tag that explained how Bible school students began to produce the dolls for Precious Moments in order to support their tuition. The Jesus Loves Me Boy dolls that are found with blue eyes are to be much more rare than those with brown eyes. The sweet little (14") girl has straight blond hair that has a tuft of hair pulled up in a ponytail on the top of its head and fastened with a pink bow, has blue eyes, and wears a white nightgown with a little pastel flower accent sewn on the front at the neckline.
